New Year discounts of 7% at Dream Towers

Regions Development is offering its customers the most attractive terms in the run‑up to the New Year. Until the end of December, discounts of up to 7% are available on the most in‑demand selection of apartments in the premium Dream Towers residential development. At the same time, other unique offers in the complex remain in force.

With the New Year discounts, the price of a one‑bedroom apartment (55.6 sq m) on the 2nd floor will be 18.867 million roubles. Your savings on the purchase will exceed 1.420 million roubles. Taking into account that Dream Towers is actively under construction and prices will be increased from the beginning of the year, the benefit will be significantly higher. The main thing is to complete the purchase before the end of December.

Dream Towers also offers other advantageous terms. A 3% discount is provided for 100% payment of any unit (including when using a mortgage). In the case of full payment when purchasing two or more apartments, the discount rises to 5%.

Flexible instalment options are available. An interest‑free plan is offered for up to one year, with terms depending on the size of the initial payment and the repayment period. Buyers can also opt for a paid instalment plan: starting from the 13th month, the rate will be 10% per annum (accrued on the remaining total amount due). In this case, the initial payment must be at least 50%.
