Experts discussed what attracts today’s homebuyers and residential real estate investors. Participants emphasized that a well‑developed commercial infrastructure is a key indicator of a district’s appeal, helps create a new point of attraction, and drives growth in property values.Using the Dream Towers residential complex as an example, Lilia Artsibasheeva shared Regions Development’s approach to creating in‑demand urban destinations and explained the developer’s vision of how high‑quality infrastructure shapes residents’ lifestyles and influences their decision to purchase property.
The Commercial Director presented the “triple win” concept, which focuses on aligning the interests of all key stakeholders: residents, city authorities, and developers. Modern homebuyers are increasingly demanding when choosing where to live and expect high quality standards from residential projects. City authorities, in turn, seek to create and develop spaces with public and social functions that will be actively used. A successful developer carefully studies the needs of all parties and brings to market products that reflect current trends and demands. Regions Development positions itself as a visionary of this approach and already has experience implementing such projects.
Within the city limits on the Nagatinsky Peninsula, the developer has created the resort‑style Dream Island complex, which offers a wide range of leisure opportunities for residents, including an amusement park, the Moscow concert hall, the Dream Beach Club, a landscaped park, and the renovated Southern River Terminal. This infrastructure development has significantly increased the area’s attractiveness and enabled the successful launch of residential projects. Last year, the premium Dream Towers complex was completed, and Regions Development will soon begin construction of the new Dream Riva residential complex, where pent‑up demand for apartments is already high.
“We take into account the city’s interest in the high‑quality development of new territories. For residents and city dwellers, we create that very standard of quality and comfort of life. Why is this important for us as developers? When the right location is formed, when residents are satisfied, when the area has the right infrastructure, the status of the district grows. As a result, the status of all properties in that district increases as well, which makes it possible to optimize the financial returns from residential sales for the developer,” emphasized Lilia Artsibasheeva.
