The roundtable was organized by the Developer's School and brought together real estate industry experts to discuss the topic "Development Strategies 2024–2025: Scaling Up to Large-Format Projects." ARH Moscow is more than just an exhibition — it is a major professional forum held annually at Gostiny Dvor, drawing over 36,000 attendees from across Russia.ARCH Moscow is a key event in the field of construction and urban infrastructure development, with its main goal being to discuss current challenges and explore innovative approaches to creating a comfortable and sustainable environment for living and working.

Ultimately, this approach delivers a triple‑win effect, where each party — the city, the developer, and the client — benefits,” emphasized Lilia Artsibasheeva, Commercial Director of Regions Development.
Before starting construction of the first residential complex, Dream Towers, on the Nagatinsky Peninsula, Regions Development created the necessary infrastructure in the area. The first project here was the indoor amusement park "Dream Island", followed by the development of a 44‑hectare landscaped park, and last year a world‑class beach complex, Dream Beach Club, was completed.
After delivering the core infrastructure facilities, the developer proceeded to build its first residential complex in the location — Dream Towers. Apartment buyers were able to experience the environment and its opportunities not virtually, but in real life.
