Premium Dream Towers residential development on the Nagatinsky Peninsula commissioned for operation

The premium Dream Towers residential development by developer Regions Development has received an occupancy permit. Dream Towers has been built on the territory of the Nagatinsky Peninsula and comprises 471 comfortable units ranging from 40 to 160 sq m.“Following our strategy of a comprehensive approach to urban development, Regions Development first created a comfortable living environment in the form of a resort‑style city on the Nagatinsky Peninsula and only then built its first residential project. Dream Towers is a fully completed premium complex equipped in line with the expectations of discerning buyers of premium homes. The premium Dream Towers residential development consists of two 24‑storey towers and one 6‑storey building. The complex includes 471 apartments ranging from 40 to 160 sq m, including eight duplex penthouses. The upper floors of the first and second buildings feature exclusive Sky Collection units ranging from 73 to 156 sq m. Thanks to wide‑format panoramic windows, every room offers beautiful, far‑reaching views of the river, diverse urban panoramas, a picturesque landscaped park, and the curves of the Moskva River. These units are particularly well suited to family buyers, with between two and four bedrooms. The car park is designed for 227 vehicles. The aesthetics of Dream Towers represent a contemporary interpretation of the luxurious Art Deco style. The façades are clad in polished Portuguese stone. Since the city included the south of Moscow in its urban development plans and began implementing large‑scale projects, the appearance of the green Nagatinsky Peninsula has been changing rapidly. Regions Development has created a promenade and a 44‑hectare landscaped park with sports and children’s playgrounds, built the adjacent indoor amusement park Dream Island — the largest in Europe — overseen the restoration of the Southern River Terminal, and helped upgrade the Moskva River embankment. As a result, former lands near the tsar’s Kolomenskoye estate have been transformed into a fashionable entertainment cluster, and housing of a corresponding premium standard is now being built here.
