Regions Development has completed construction and put into operation an educational centre in the premium Dream Towers residential development on the Nagatinsky Peninsula. The three‑storey institution, with a total area of over 3.000 sq m, includes a kindergarten for 50 children and an elementary school for 150 pupils. The educational centre will form part of State Budgetary Educational Institution School No. 463.The educational centre is located at 9/2 Andropova Prospekt, next to the premium Dream Towers complex, and its concise appearance harmonises with the elegant architecture of the project’s residential buildings, forming a unified ensemble.
The space of the educational centre is functionally zoned and supports the “stepped school” format, combining an elementary school and kindergarten within a single complex. This format ensures continuity between preschool and school education, allowing for better coordination of teachers’ work and the joint creative and project activities of preschoolers and pupils.
The kindergarten wing includes a playroom, bedroom, pantry/servery, a combined hall for music and physical education classes, as well as speech therapist and psychologist offices. The school wing, in addition to standard classrooms, features specialist rooms for foreign‑language learning, a canteen, a medical unit, an information centre with a library and media library, recreation areas, and a double‑height sports hall that can be transformed into an assembly hall.
“Regions Development takes a comprehensive approach to creating premium residential environments, providing necessary infrastructure for young residents and their parents in its projects. Having a school and kindergarten close to home is undoubtedly one of the key comfort factors for families with children. As part of the Dream Towers residential development, we have built an educational complex in the ‘stepped school’ format, which helps children adapt more easily to the educational process as they move from kindergarten to school. The educational centre is fully furnished and ready to welcome kindergarten children and school pupils,” said Lilia Artsibasheeva, Commercial Director of Regions Development.
The façades of the educational complex are finished with porcelain stoneware — an attractive natural material that retains heat well and has high hardness and durability. The interiors are finished in neutral tones with original patterns and ornaments.
The grounds of the school and kindergarten are thoughtfully divided into zones for different age groups. The outdoor area is equipped for sports and team games, as well as quiet recreation. In addition, there are designated spaces for storing bicycles and sleds.
The premium Dream Towers residential development consists of two 24‑storey towers and one 6‑storey building. The complex includes 471 apartments ranging from 40 to 160 sq m, including eight duplex penthouses. The upper floors of the first and second buildings feature exclusive Sky Collection units ranging from 73 to 156 sq m. Thanks to wide‑format panoramic windows, every room offers beautiful views of diverse urban landscapes, a picturesque landscaped park, and the curves of the Moskva River. These units are particularly well suited to family buyers, with between two and four bedrooms. Residents’ safety is ensured by a private courtyard and round‑the‑clock security. The car park is designed for 227 vehicles. The private courtyard is equipped with children’s and sports playgrounds for different age groups, while the ground floors house retail and service outlets.
Guests and residents of Dream Towers are welcomed by multifunctional lobbies. The lobby interiors are finished in a neutral palette of warm beige and grey tones. The focal element of the interior is the reception desk, made of faceted light marble with metallic detailing. Residents’ safety at Dream Towers is ensured by a gated courtyard and 24‑hour security. The complex also offers plenty of spaces for varied leisure: sports courts and workout zones, as well as relaxation areas, have been created for residents.
