Regions Development Held a WOW Tour for Developers at the Dream Towers Residential Complex
16 September 2024
The WOW Tour took place on 6 September, during which Regions Development presented the Dream Towers premium residential complex to the participants. The speakers shared their future plans aimed at improving the quality of life for local residents. Participants appreciated the developer’s approach, as the integrated development of the territory ensures a harmonious combination of residential and public spaces that together create a comfortable living environment.
“Today’s homebuyers are increasingly paying attention not only to construction quality, but also to the infrastructure of the neighborhood. In developing this area, our aim was to create a comfortable premium environment. Only after we had implemented our vision—landscaping the 44‑hectare park, building the Dream Island amusement park with an urban promenade and the Moscow concert hall, as well as the Dream Beach Club—did we proceed to residential construction. Dream Towers is the first premium complex within our ‘city-resort’,” noted Anna Ibatullina, Sales Director at Regions Development.
Residents of Dream Towers have access to all the new destinations created by Regions Development. They can enjoy privacy amid the dynamics of the metropolis thanks to extensive green spaces and the 44‑hectare landscaped park. Nearby is Dream Island, one of the largest indoor amusement parks, which offers a wide range of leisure options for the whole family. The Southern River Terminal provides an attractive waterfront area for walks and recreation; in summer it serves as the departure point for cruises to the south of the country and cities of Central Russia, giving residents additional opportunities for travel and entertainment.
Participants of the WOW Tour were able to see for themselves the high quality of life at Dream Towers. In the private courtyard, adults can work out in the outdoor fitness area, while the children’s playground, made from eco‑friendly materials, is designed specifically for young residents. With a focus on families, the developer has built a municipal educational center within the courtyard—a kindergarten and primary school operating under an innovative “stepped school” model. The educational center opened in September 2024.
Dream Towers consists of two 24‑storey towers and a 6‑storey building. The complex includes 471 apartments ranging from 40 to 160 sq. m, including eight two-level penthouses. Security is ensured by a private courtyard and 24‑hour security. The parking facility accommodates 227 cars, and the on-site kindergarten has capacity for 50 children, while the primary school is designed for 150 students. Looking ahead, Regions Development plans to build two more residential projects on the first shoreline and to further expand the local infrastructure.
