Last year, the developer completed construction of the Dream Towers residential complex on the Nagatinsky Peninsula, which also entered the top three finalists of Urban Awards as the best completed premium residential complex in Moscow. By the end of 2024, the first phase of the premium Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad residential complex in the east of the capital is scheduled for completion: engineering systems have already been installed, landscaping has been carried out, and work on finishing common areas and the parking facility is at its final stage. In the near future, the developer will launch a new project, Dream Riva, another premium complex on the Nagatinsky Peninsula.
