Construction readiness of the first phase of the premium Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad project reaches 85%

29 August 2024
In the first phase, installation of internal and external engineering systems, including water supply and power supply, is nearing completion. Installation of Mitsubishi elevators has been finished — 9 passenger and 11 combined passenger-and-freight lifts. Finishing works in the parking area and in common areas — lobbies, corridors, and elevator halls — are 90% complete.

Landscaping of the premium Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad project is 60% complete: tree and shrub planting is in full swing, children’s and sports playgrounds are being installed, and pedestrian paths are being laid. A total of 591 construction workers are currently engaged on site, including 69 engineering and technical specialists and 29 units of machinery.

“We are nearing completion of the first phase of the premium Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad residential complex. All works are being carried out on schedule and will be finished this year in line with the project timeline. Soon we will be ready to hand over keys to buyers in the first phase, and clients who have purchased or are considering purchasing an apartment in the second phase can already see the high quality and pace of construction,” said Lilia Artsibasheeva, Commercial Director of Regions Development.

The first phase of Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad comprises 735 apartments ranging from 43 to 120 sq. m and an underground parking garage for 354 cars. The second-phase buildings, 10 to 16 storeys high, will include 1,291 apartments of up to 154 sq. m.

For children, an innovative school for 430 students with an IT campus will be built as part of Educational Complex No. 1502, one of the leading schools in Moscow and Russia, along with a kindergarten designed for 200 children.

The dominant feature of the premium complex will be a pedestrian boulevard between the buildings of the second phase. It will include cafés, restaurants, fitness studios and creative workshops, shops, and service outlets. The boulevard will be designed for a variety of activities — from family lunches and meetings with friends and neighbors to sports and creative pursuits.

Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad stands out for its convenient location — just a three‑minute walk to the metro station of the same name and an eight‑minute drive to the Garden Ring — as well as low‑density mid‑rise development, high ceilings (up to four meters), and clean contemporary architecture. Residents will enjoy a gated, 2.5‑hectare landscaped courtyard, a rarity for premium residential projects in Moscow. The complex is surrounded by six parks: Sokolniki, VDNH, Izmailovsky, Losiny Ostrov, Cherkizovsky, and Yauza.
