A new point of attraction: the pedestrian boulevard at Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad will become a popular destination in a historic district
5 September 2024
The pedestrian boulevard will become a lively place for socializing and leisure. It will be harmoniously integrated with the gated inner courtyards of Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad, which ensure privacy for residents and a calm, measured environment for different generations.“We aim to create a balance between public and private areas so that residents of our complexes and their guests can always find a comfortable place to relax and interact. We have already implemented a similar approach in southern Moscow on the Nagatinsky Peninsula, where we created a public resort-style space that complements the recreational opportunities within the gated territories of our Dream Towers and Dream Riva complexes,” noted Lilia Artsibasheeva, Commercial Director of Regions Development.
The first phase of Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad includes 735 apartments ranging from 43 to 120 sq. m, with parking for 354 cars. Construction of the first phase will be completed in 2024. Sales are currently underway for the second phase, which will comprise six mid-rise buildings with 1,291 apartments of up to 154 sq. m and parking for 669 vehicles.
For children, the complex will feature an innovative school for 430 students with an IT campus, part of Educational Complex No. 1502, which is the top school in Moscow and ranks among the top 10 schools in Russia. The educational cluster will also include a kindergarten for 200 children.
The premium Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad residential complex benefits from excellent transport accessibility, allowing residents to reach the city center quickly and conveniently by metro or car, and to get out into nature just as easily. There are no polluting industrial facilities nearby, while six major parks are located in close proximity: Sokolniki, VDNH, Izmailovsky, Losiny Ostrov, Cherkizovsky, and Yauza. The district offers a well-developed infrastructure that includes schools and universities, kindergartens, clinics, shops, sports clubs, and activity centers.
