Elevators by Japanese brand Mitsubishi installed in the first phase of the Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad residential complex

30 July 2024
“Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad is the first premium residential project in the Preobrazhenskoye district. As pioneers, we are setting new quality standards, and for the design and installation of the elevators we chose a global market leader that guarantees high quality, reliability, and safety. The elevator finishes are fully aligned with the interiors of the premium residential complex,” said Lilia Artsibasheeva, Commercial Director of Regions Development.

The main Mitsubishi elevator production facility is located in Inazawa, Japan. It houses one of the tallest elevator test towers in the world, which allows for comprehensive testing to ensure reliability and safety before the products reach the market. Mitsubishi elevators are certified in line with international and local standards: ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management; EN 81 confirms compliance with key safety and performance requirements. To meet Russian regulatory requirements, Mitsubishi elevators are also certified under Russian GOST standards governing the safety of elevators and lifting equipment. Together, these standards ensure safe operation, reliability, and durability of the elevator systems.

The first phase of Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad includes 735 apartments ranging from 43 to 120 sq. m and an underground parking garage for 354 cars. The second‑phase buildings, 10 to 16 storeys high, will comprise 1,291 apartments ranging from 28 to 154 sq. m.

The project benefits from an excellent location — just a three‑minute walk to Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad metro station and an eight‑minute drive to the Garden Ring — along with low‑density mid‑rise development, high ceilings (up to four meters), and clean contemporary architecture. Residents will enjoy a gated, 2.5‑hectare landscaped courtyard, a rarity for premium residential projects in Moscow, which will feature a landscaped square with spaces for sports and family walks. The complex is surrounded by six parks: Sokolniki, VDNH, Izmailovsky, Losiny Ostrov, Cherkizovsky, and Yauza.

A major advantage that enhances the project’s investment appeal is the presence of an innovative school for 430 students with an IT campus within the complex. The school is part of Educational Complex No. 1502, one of the top schools in both Moscow and Russia.
