Glazing works near completion in the first phase of the Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad residential complex

25 June 2024
Installation of the internal and external engineering systems is almost complete. Lightning protection and earthing systems, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, are in their final stages. The readiness of the transparent structures—windows and curtain walls—is estimated at 90%. Landscaping has reached 50%, with pedestrian pathways now being laid. Above-ground fit-out is 85% complete, including the installation of wall finishes and flooring. Doors are being installed in the parking area, and the buildings are being equipped with modern systems and engineering infrastructure, including Mitsubishi elevators.

“Construction of the first phase of the premium Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad residential complex is nearing completion. All works are progressing on schedule and will be finished this year, after which our clients will begin receiving their keys. Thanks to the phased implementation of the project, buyers in the second phase—which we launched for sale this spring—can already assess the quality of the product and see the rapid pace of construction,” said Lilia Artsibasheeva, Commercial Director of Regions Development.

The first phase of the project comprises 735 apartments ranging from 43 to 120 sq. m, with an underground parking garage for 354 cars. The six mid-rise buildings of the second phase, from 10 to 16 storeys high, contain 1,291 apartments ranging from 28 to 154 sq. m, with parking for 669 cars provided for residents’ convenience.

The project stands out for its convenient location (a three-minute walk to Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad metro station and an eight-minute drive to the Garden Ring), low-density mid-rise development, high ceilings (up to four meters), and clean contemporary architecture. Residents of Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad will enjoy a large, 2.5‑hectare gated landscaped courtyard—a rarity for premium residential projects in Moscow—which will feature a landscaped square with areas for sports and family walks.

A key advantage that further enhances the project’s investment appeal is the presence of an innovative school with an IT campus for 430 students within the complex. The school is part of Educational Complex No. 1502, one of the top schools in both Moscow and Russia according to rankings, as well as a kindergarten designed for 200 children.

The complex is surrounded by six parks: Sokolniki, VDNH, Izmailovsky, Losiny Ostrov, Cherkizovsky, and Yauza.
