Developer Regions Development has completed the construction of the monolithic structures at the Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad premium residential development. The project is being built in a historic district of Moscow next to the Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad metro station. The first phase is scheduled to be commissioned in the third quarter of 2024.Monolithic works have been completed in all sections of the Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad complex. In the parking area, the monolithic structures have also been fully erected and waterproofing has been completed. Brickwork on the external and internal walls of the buildings is currently underway, with 58% of this stage finished, while roofing works stand at 22% readiness. Interior finishing, façade installation, and engineering system works are ongoing. A total of 743 specialists and 26 units of machinery are involved in the construction of the complex. Overall project readiness stands at 39%.
“Construction of the Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad premium residential development is progressing on schedule. The works are being carried out by our reliable partner, the Turkish general contractor GES Construction, whose team has proven itself on the market thanks to many years of experience in delivering complex development projects. The pace of construction at Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad confirms that we have chosen the right partner,” emphasised Lilia Artsibasheeva, Commercial Director of Regions Development.
The first phase of the premium Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad residential development will comprise 735 apartments ranging from 43 to 120 sq m. The project stands out for its convenient location (a three‑minute walk to Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad metro station and an eight‑minute drive to the Garden Ring), low‑density development, mid‑rise buildings (from 6 to 17 storeys), high ceilings (up to 3.5 m), and concise contemporary architecture. The complex will feature a gated landscaped courtyard of 1.5 hectares and an underground parking garage for 354 cars. The ground floors will house everything needed for comfortable city living: minimarkets, restaurants, cafés, everyday services, and a beauty salon. Construction of the first phase began in May 2022. The complex is surrounded by six parks: Sokolniki, VDNH, Izmailovsky Park, Losiny Ostrov, Cherkizovsky Park, and the Yauza parklands.
