Dream Riva’s premium status has been confirmed by Urban Grade certification.

Dream Riva, a new premium project by developer Regions Development in the resort‑city cluster on the Nagatinsky Peninsula, has successfully passed Russia’s only certification system for newbuilds and received the Urban Grade certificate.

The premium Dream Riva project is unique in every detail. It comprises three towers from 24 to 27 storeys high that appear to glide across the water surface like elegant sailing ships, reflecting in it. Thanks to the distinctive architecture designed by Atrium, Dream Riva offers unforgettable panoramic views — either of picturesque river sunsets or the vibrant lights of Moscow.

Dream Riva features several formats: compact, functional units suitable for young residents, family‑oriented layouts up to 88 sq m, as well as panoramic penthouses with spectacular terraces on the upper floors ranging from 121 to 279 sq m.

The interiors of the three buildings will be designed around the elements suggested by their names: earth (Terra), water (Aqua), and air (Aria). The heart of each tower’s lobby will be a designer reception area with a 24‑hour concierge service, which will also include coworking zones, storage areas for strollers and bicycles, and pet‑wash stations for residents’ four‑legged friends.

Dream Riva will offer a private green area and its own direct access to a landscaped pedestrian embankment. A municipal kindergarten is planned on the site, and the inner courtyard will feature playgrounds for different age groups.

The Nagatinsky Peninsula has become a new premium location in southern Moscow thanks to the efforts of Regions Development. It is a story of an ideal atmosphere of luxury and relaxation, already available to residents of the premium Dream Towers complex and soon to be home to the new Dream Riva project. Just 20 minutes’ drive from the Kremlin and Moscow City, this resort‑style urban district offers everything for a family getaway: high‑energy rides at the Dream Island theme park, concerts by top artists at local venues, sunbathing at the Dream Beach Club, or peaceful rest in the shade of trees in the landscaped park.

“The strategy of Regions Development is reflected in our visionary approach to identifying points of attraction and creating high‑status locations that blend naturally into the city fabric and appeal to buyers of premium housing. Obtaining the Urban Grade certificate confirms the high professional recognition of our approach to territorial development and to creating an environment with rich infrastructure and comfort for citizens and residents, as exemplified by the Nagatinsky Peninsula,” noted Lilia Artsibasheeva, Commercial Director of Regions Development.
