Construction of the first phase of the premium Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad project is nearing completion

31 October 2024
In the first phase of Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad, all internal and external engineering systems have been installed, including fire‑extinguishing, drainage, and power supply systems. Finishing works have been completed in the parking garage and in the common areas — lobbies, corridors, and elevator halls. A total of 9 passenger and 11 combined passenger‑and‑freight elevators by Mitsubishi have been installed.

The gated courtyard now features playgrounds for children of different ages, canopies providing protection from sun and bad weather, lawns connected by walking paths, and newly planted trees and shrubs. At present, 337 construction workers are engaged on site, including 51 engineering and technical specialists and 22 units of machinery.

“We are completing construction of the first phase of the premium Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad residential complex. All works carried out by our long‑standing partner, GES Construction, are proceeding strictly according to schedule. Very soon, residents will receive their keys and be able to enjoy all the advantages of this new premium location in the established, cultured Preobrazhenskoye district: well‑thought‑out apartment layouts, privacy, infrastructure, and a cozy atmosphere,” said Lilia Artsibasheeva, Commercial Director of Regions Development.

The first phase of Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad comprises 735 apartments ranging from 43 to 120 sq. m, with parking for 354 cars. Sales of the second phase are also underway: six buildings will house 1,291 apartments of up to 154 sq. m, along with parking for 669 vehicles.

Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad will include an innovative school for 430 students with an IT campus, which will become part of Educational Complex No. 1502 — a school that has regularly ranked as the best in Moscow and is among the top 10 schools in Russia. The educational cluster will also include a kindergarten for 200 children.

Between the buildings of the second phase, a pedestrian boulevard will be created as a leisure hub for residents — suitable for family lunches, meeting friends, and engaging in sports and creative activities. It will feature cafés, restaurants, fitness studios, creative workshops, shops, and service points.

The Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad complex stands out for its low‑density mid‑rise development, high ceilings (up to four meters), and clean contemporary architecture, as well as its location — just a three‑minute walk to the metro station and an eight‑minute drive to the Garden Ring. Residents will have access to a gated, landscaped courtyard of 2.5 hectares, a rare feature for premium residential projects in Moscow. The complex is surrounded by parks: Sokolniki, VDNH, Izmailovsky, Losiny Ostrov, Cherkizovsky, and Yauza.
