Dream Towers residential development named among 15 premium projects delivered in 2023

Dream Towers, developed by Regions Development, received a permit for completion in the fourth quarter of 2023. This places it among 15 premium residential developments completed last year.According to Metrium experts, Dream Towers is one of the most affordable premium residential developments completed in 2023. The average price per square metre currently stands at 464.000 rubles. This indicates that the completed, high-end residential development Dream Towers maintains its investment appeal. According to a previous study by Metrium, prices for new buildings on the Nagatinsky Peninsula and surrounding areas could increase by 20-25% over the next three years, driven by the active development of southern Moscow, which will stimulate demand for residential developments in the area.
Thanks to the efforts of Regions Development, the Nagatinsky Peninsula has become a resort town and one of Moscow's most prestigious districts. The key advantage of the location is the premium environment created by the developer, which includes a 44-hectare landscaped park, the "Dream Island" indoor amusement park with the "Moscow" cinema and concert hall, and the Dream Beach Club beach complex. Furthermore, the Southern River Terminal opened after reconstruction in 2023. Development of the Nagatinsky Peninsula will continue, with Regions Development building an outdoor amusement park and a yacht club and implementing new residential projects. A business cluster is also planned for construction near the Nagatinsky Peninsula within the Southern Port, which will become another focal point for the city's social and business life, similar to the Moscow-City Business Centre.

With young residents in mind, the developer built a municipal educational centre in the Dream Towers courtyard—a kindergarten and primary school operating in an innovative "step school" format and combined under one roof. The educational centre is already operational.
