Regions Development: premium penthouse market faces a shortage

17 March 2023
The supply of penthouses in premium‑class projects has decreased by 39.2% over the past 12 months, according to analysts at Regions Development. At present, only 31 such units are available on the primary market, with more than a quarter of this total — 25.8% — accounted for by 8 two‑level residences in the Dream Towers residential development.

“In each of the two Dream Towers buildings there are 4 penthouses occupying the 23rd and 24th floors. No other project in the south of Moscow offers residences of this format. The penthouses in Dream Towers range from 228 to 233 sq m, with the option to combine units. Ceiling heights are 4.2 m on the first level and 3.6 m on the second. All penthouses are corner units (located at the ends of the towers), which makes it possible to design up to 5 bedrooms and a panoramic kitchen‑living room. Each of the 8 units has its own private 20 sq m terrace,” noted Lilia Artsibasheeva, Commercial Director of the Regions Development Group.

Dream Towers consists of two 24‑storey towers and a 6‑storey building, with a total of 471 apartments ranging from 40 to 160 sq m, including 8 duplex penthouses. Resident security is ensured by a private courtyard and round‑the‑clock security. The parking garage is designed for 227 cars. The in‑house infrastructure of Dream Towers includes a kindergarten for 50 children, an elementary school for 150 students, children’s and sports playgrounds, cafés, and shops.
